What types of baked treats do you offer?

At I'WHealthY, we offer a variety of baked goods.  Please visit the online shop for  list f current selections. Each item is crafted with the finest ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.

Can I customize ingredients or request modifications to items?

Standardized for Affordability

In order to keep our nutrient-dense foods affordable and accessible, we do not offer customization on individual menu items. Our baking process relies on consistent batching to minimize waste and labor costs. Allowing custom modifications (like swapping ingredients or changing sweetness levels) would significantly increase the price of our goods. By sticking to our curated recipes, we can ensure you get a consistent and high-quality treat at the best possible value.

Do you have vegan and gluten-free options?

Delicious choices everyone can enjoy

Yes, all our selections are vegan. The oatmeal cookies are gluten-free. We also offer  gluten-free banana bread and lemon poppy seeds loaves when ordering for special events.   Subscribe to our contact list for updates on new menu selections.

Why do your products have a shorter shelf life than grocery store bakeries? 

Real Food with no Preservatives 

 We use organically sourced natural ingredients in all our treats with no additives and preservatives. This means our products behave like real food—they are best enjoyed fresh!

 Why are your banana breads and loaves darker than the ones I see at other bakeries?

Minimally processed ingredients

A: That beautiful, deep, dark brown color is our signature mark of quality—it's a direct result of the whole, natural ingredients we use!

The color difference comes from three main things:

Whole Grain Flours: Unlike most bakeries that use bleached white all-purpose flour, we use whole grain flours. Whole grain flour retains the bran and germ, which gives it a rich, brown hue that naturally transfers to the final product.

Only Natural Sweeteners: We use only natural sugars in our treats, such as coconut sugar, date sugar, or regular dates. These less-refined sweeteners contain natural minerals and caramelize beautifully when baked, deepening the color much more than processed white sugar.

Perfectly Ripe Bananas: We use bananas that are fully ripened for maximum natural sweetness and intense banana flavor. The high natural sugar content in these bananas further contributes to the intense, darker baking color.

Simply put, the light color of many commercial bakeries often signals the use of highly refined, white ingredients. At I'Whealthy, our darker color is the visual proof of our commitment to whole grain flour and natural sugars, delivering a richer, healthier, and more flavorful loaf.

We believe that naturally  satisfying treats  start with great ingredients. Our ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible, ensuring freshness and supporting our community. We strictly use organic and non-GMO ingredients in our baking process at all times in accordance with our values and mission.

Ordering & Pick-Up FAQ

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! You can visit our online shop  to browse available options and place an order directly.  You can also place orders for your special event such as cooperate events, holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.   Alternatively, feel free to call or email us  for assistance.

Can I walk in and buy items without pre-ordering? 

I'WHealthY operates as a cottage bakery. To minimize food waste, we bake strictly based on orders received. While we routinely bake strictly  for weekend promotion sales, we highly recommend pre-ordering through our website to guarantee you get the treats you want!

Do you offer shipping? 

At this time, we do not offer shipping. Because our baked goods are preservative-free and nutrient-dense, they have a short natural shelf life. Shipping would require costly expedited transport and non-eco-friendly packaging. To ensure you get the freshest product at an affordable price, we operate on a local pick-up model with delivery  for special event orders.

What payment methods do you accept? 

To secure your made-to-order baking slot, payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept all major Credit Cards directly through our secure website. We also accept and prefer Zelle; if you choose this option, please ensure payment is sent immediately to confirm your order.

When can I pick up my order?

 We offer pick-up on Saturdays and Sundays. You will select your pick-up window during checkout.

What happens if I miss my scheduled Saturday pick-up?

 If you cannot make it on Saturday, please contact us immediately. We can hold your order for Sunday pick-up only if we are notified. If we do not hear from you and you do not pick up by Sunday.  the order is considered forfeited.

Why don't you offer refunds for uncollected orders?

 I'WHealthY operates on a Zero Waste Made-to-Order model. This means we bake your specific order just for you—we do not hold generic stock. If an order isn't picked up, we cannot resell that product to someone else. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or credits for "no-show" orders. Unclaimed items are donated or composted to maintain our fresh standards.

Do you offer catering for events?

Yes! We love fueling parties, corporate meetings, and family gatherings with healthy options. Whether you need standard or gluten-free baked treats,  we can help.

How far in advance should I place a catering order?

Lead Time for Fresh Ingredient Sourcing

For large orders or catering, we request a minimum of 4 weeks notice to ensure we can source all  ingredients needed to complete your event order

Can I request a custom order that isn't on the menu?

 We are happy to discuss custom needs! Please reach out to us via our [Contact Page/Email] with your ideas, and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request based on our current capacity.

What is the cancellation policy for catering or large event orders?

Reserved Dates & Pre-Allocated Resources

 Reserved Dates & Pre-Allocated Resources Because large orders require significant advanced planning, we do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 7  days of the event. To adhere to our Zero Waste promise, we purchase all  ingredients specifically for your order and schedule labor well in advance. Additionally, securing your date means we have likely declined other business to accommodate you. Late cancellations do not give us enough time to recoup those costs or fill the baking slot.
